Salvation Church spent Victory Day in the fresh air in the company of close friends. Why close? Because all of the picnickers had to squeeze together due to the small mats. A rough estimate puts the number of picnickers at 130. By way of comparison, the congregation on Sunday mornings is only a little larger.

We can draw a little parallel with the Book of Judges. Then everyone did what was right in his own eyes, and during our outing everyone did what they thought they needed: talked, rested, played games, sang...

What does the behavior of the picnickers tell us? It says we are all different, we all have our own point of view, our own understanding of relaxation. We hope the day was beneficial for everyone, that the Victory Day breather will inspire Salvation Church to further feats in the battle with sin.
