On the morning of March 28 we hosted nearly 80 children at the Christian Center. “You Are Special” was the theme of our educational and entertaining program. The stage prepared by our Sunday School teachers and students, the story on video and a professional sand animation show all spoke of the value and uniqueness of every child and adult. The boys and girls also had the opportunity to jump on a trampoline, shoot from a giant slingshot, learn lessons in origami, play logic games and blow giant soap bubbles…

 

“We already knew many of the children,” said the Sunday School Director Inna Shapar, "they live in the Levada neighborhood and they have come to our summer camps. There are also children of the widows of servicemen who fought in the Anti-Terrorist Operation. Of course we are happy to see all of them again."

At the end of the program all the children were invited to come to Sunday school. Each of them received a gift appropriate to their age as well as a children's Bible. We hope that our young friends had an enjoyable and profitable time and that each day they will discover more about God's love for them.
