On April 5 SMS Club celebrated its 8th birthday. Who would have thought that the club would carry on that long. But in spite of all the difficulties, mistakes, failures, the club continues to proclaim the Good News to the youth of Poltava.

The evening was a great success!

Besides the many songs and looking at old photos and archival clips, there were still a lot of surprises, for example - the unexpected appearance of friends from the "Exit" club, who also brought a birthday cake. The main part of the program was the interview with the founders of the club - Andrew Khudyakov, Radoslav Tsurkan and Valery Antoniuk. They told the story of how the idea for the club came about, the origin of the name, and how they hoped that SMS club would initiate a youth movement in Poltava that would unite Christians in the desire to share the Gospel.

And for its part, CMC club thanks everyone for their well-wishes and we will take note of and implement the suggestions that were offered. May our Lord be glorified and reign in the hearts of many young people in the city because of the ministry of our club!
