A cold night in late autumn, hot tea, poetry, music, romantic atmosphere - all of this was combined in one meeting of the SMS Club. The meeting was very different from all the previous ones, thanks to the participation of the young Poltava poets Lubov Goncharenko, Dennis Stern, Roman Povzyk and Andrei Konovalov, who were happy to share their creativity with us.

The charming atmosphere filled the room, everyone listened attentively to the poetry and watched closely what was happening on stage. The hostesses Rosemary (Marina Visych) and Marinueta (Marina Sikalova) enthralled the audience with the special charm of their elegant demeanor. For them it was a kind of double debut, for which they are to be congratulated.

God's Word this evening was shared by Andre Khudyakov, who told us how fast time flies, and with it our lives. God has given each of us this wonderful gift and we will be accountable to Him for how we use it. And it may happen sooner than any of us who are alive now can imagine.

In all there were about 65 people in attendence, and, once again, God showed us that He sends as many people as we can accommodate. It's my hope that at some point we will have to rent the Poltava Concert Hall because there won't be enough room in the Christian Ministry Center :) I believe that this is a real possibility, I believe that we can truly make a difference in the lives of the youth of Poltava - but in order for that to happen the SMS team needs to be prepared spiritually. May God bless each of us!
I would like to conclude with my favorite verse from the Bible: "If God is for us, who can be against us?" (Romans 8:31). Always remember this!
