| Couples Celebration |

There aren't that many things in life that you anticipate and prepare for over a long period. But one of them just took place - the couples celebration entitled "An Unforgettable Time Together" - a long anticipated magical, romantic evening. Honestly, I have never encountered as many pleasant and festive suprises as we had that evening. That is what inspired us and other couples to participate in the event.
We had 40 married couples in attendance, not only from Poltava, but also Reshitilivka, Kobelyak, Kharkov and Kiev. The celebration was carefully organized. First there were four seminars on topics that are practical and important for family life, such as:
- Conflict resolution - God's plan for your marriage - Intimate relations in marriage These seminars were were not dry theoretical lectures by any means. On the contrary, they were a lively and engaging sessions relating the rich life experiences of the speakers. During the breaks between the seminars there were practical assignments for the couples as well as discussions on the topics in small groups of couples. The conclusion of the celebration was a romantic evening for the couples, where the husbands had the opportunity to invite their wives to a festive meal and give them a beautiful rose. There was a separate table for each couple in the "cafe", where they could enjoy the romantic atmosphere and discuss any important things that they wanted to talk about. Later the husbands and wives exchanged letters with happy, loving messages for one another that they had prepared in one of the assignments. In my opinion, the celebration was a success. Roman Zhuk Â
