For quite a while we have been thinking of having an SMS club game night ... Now, finally, we reached the point where we decided to set aside the plan, and devote a two hour meeting to board games. Who would have thought that it could be that much fun!

Of course the goal was not only to have fun, but to give the team the opportunity to become better acquainted with the unbelievers who spent the evening with us. Unfortunately there weren't as of them as we would like, but in SMS club we have long been convinced that we get as many people at the meetings as we can manage. So at least we know what we have to work on.

Briefly, here is what we did. The games we had were chess, checkers, dominoes, table tennis, Tower, Kalah, Saboteur, Uno, Alias and Activity travel. I think that for most readers there are at least four games that are unfamiliar. So make sure to come to the next game night! The date and time will be announced later.

We also decorated the room in keeping with the theme and the team dressed as "croupiers". The hall in which we held an exciting battle game had already been decorated for Christmas; the garlands created a festive and very cozy atmosphere. Most of the team dressed in white shirts and blouses with a red tie or a stylish neck scarf. As the photographs show - we were looking really good:)

At the end of the meeting, as always, we presented the "message" (as we call it in SMS club). We talked about how nobody likes to be deceived. And, yet, very often we are caught in the deception of the one that the Bible calls the father of lies. But Christ came in order that we may know the truth and have abundant life in Him.
