Every year we have a children’s Christmas party at our church. This year we decided to do something different. Members of our church purchased and made gifts for the children.  They were especially motivated by the fact that the children were disadvantaged.  The children of our church went with their parents and happily walked from one store to another buying toys and other gifts!  We put the gifts into boxes from the mission organization "Spiritual Rebirth".  Each of the boxes was decorated with Christmas symbols and had the label “Give hope!” and some verses from the Bible. Our church members filled one hundred and ten Christmas boxes.

Finally the long-awaited day of the Christmas party came!  Everybody was excited waiting for the guests in the Christian Ministry Center.  We brought children from boarding School, from the tubercular hospital and we also invited handicapped children and their parents and guardians.

Nearly eighty children and forty adults came to the party. Praise God for each of them!  The program included songs and games and every child could take part in the Christmas journey where at each leg of the journey they were trying to find the “real Christmas”. At the end of the program all of the children and adults heard the story of the true Christmas. It was a happy surprise when each of them got their Christmas gift. They were simply overjoyed! We gave the remaining Christmas gifts to the children in the “Lubistok” orphanage, where we also held a Christmas party. That party was also an occasion for great happiness and joy! We praise God who gives our church more and more new opportunities for serving children! Please, pray for the salvation of the souls of these children and their parents and relatives. Pray also that we may continue our work with them.
